Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the custom design, development, and server resources allocated to building and hosting your Website-as-a-Service (WaaS) platform immediately upon subscription, devforsmb operates under a strict refund policy as detailed below. By subscribing to our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • No-Commitment Monthly Plan: You can cancel your subscription at any time. To prevent future automated billing, you must submit a cancellation request via email to support@devforsmb.com at least 7 days before your next billing cycle. If you cancel, your site will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, at which point it will be taken offline. No partial refunds will be provided for mid-month cancellations.
  • Annual Commitment Plan: If you choose the Annual Commitment plan, you are committing to a 12-month contract. You can request cancellation of auto-renewal for the following year at any time. However, if you cancel during the active 12-month period, you remain responsible for the remaining monthly subscription fees through the end of the 1-year commitment term.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Setup and Custom Work: Since we do not charge setup fees, the cost of custom design and developer labor is absorbed into the recurring subscription. Consequently, recurring subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.
  • Billing Errors: In the event of a billing error or double-charging due to system malfunction, we will verify the claim and issue a full refund for the erroneous charge immediately.
  • Service Interruptions: While we target 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for incidental losses due to occasional host downtime. Refund requests due to unexpected service interruptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
